Fully automated 3-tank CIP skids designed and fabricated in-house at VEC Process. Separate SS316L tanks for Caustic, Acid and Hot Water recovery — electropolished and orbital-welded throughout. PLC automated cycle control with GMP validation logging.

HTST (72°C/15s) and LTLT (63°C/30min) pasteurisation skids for dairy, beverage and food. Integrated balance tank, multi-section plate heat exchanger with regeneration, heating and cooling. Automatic Flow Diversion Valve with fail-safe divert on temperature failure.
